The cabin is situated a quarter-mile from the water where there is a boat ramp, public water access, and beach. You are 2 miles from Sequoyah State Park, where they have hiking and golf available. 8 miles from downtown Wagoner and plenty of eating options nearby. A lodge style decorated cabin on a spacious lot with a Lakeside view. Front screened in porch has a set of three stairs. Everything on the bottom level of the house is accessible to guests. It is stocked with condiments, pots & pans, utensils , and anything needed for meal preparation as well as detergent and linens. You are a quarter-mile from Taylor’s Ferry North in Marina in boat ramp has public access to beach and a small convenient store nearby for supplies. The entire bottom floor is available to guests. Items like condiments are available for use. FYI, we do keep some items in our fridge and freezer. There is shelves available for guest to store items. There’s a seating area outside with a fire pit available for guests use. Firewood is nearby. please check for local and state burn bans prior to use. The garage will remain locked with our personal items so please respect that. This is our secondary home, the upstairs is temporarily under construction and not accessible to guest. Guests will have access to the entire bottom level, I will stay out of your hair. I am reachable by call or text if you need me for any reason and I am within a 45 minute drive. Quiet, clean, and serene neighborhood. All neighbors are elderly and residents of the area. Please respect quiet hours. All roads are accessible by car, truck, golf cart, and ATV. There is ample parking for up to four vehicles. There’s enough room for one large boat or two bass boats. For safety reasons No inside fires in the fireplace.
