The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Take a 5 min walk across the street to Beale’s point and Folsom lake to really enjoy that sunset. Comfort yourself in the swimming pool or play basketball on the private court ! Enjoy dinner Al fresco on the patio :) or take in the views from a rooftop terrace with views of the lake. This is a stunning vacation home ! Each of the 4br have an attached bath & comfortable bedding (one of the rooms has a bunk bed w queen bottom) The space Beautifully updated house, each room has an attached bathroom! There is a upstairs rooftop deck with amazing views in to Folsom lake. Backyard has a living space with couches and is wonderful for evenings as it provides lots of shade. There is a basketball court to shoot some hoops ! The pool is inviting and offers a fantastic way to cool down. There are floats and etc available for use in the two storage boxes near the pool! Master bed has cal king bed Other bedrooms have queen Kids room have bunk bed with queen bottom and twin top Guest access All four bedrooms in the main house, the living room, family room, kitchen and laundry room will be available. Closets will not be accessible on 2 of the bedrooms but there will be plenty of space for your items and suitcase etc. Garage is also not available for use to renters. Other things to note Please note, there is a guest house on the property with a separate entrance. The entrance to the guest house is near the swimming pool but the single occupant of the guest house will stay out of your way and we ask that you stay out of the occupants way. The occupant of the guest house will not be in the backyard and grounds that you have access to and will also not have access to the pool / that belongs solely to the main house. The occupant of the guest house has a separate entrance that leads in to her unit - and it is highly unlikely you will see the occupant unless she is existing or entering her unit - you may also see the occupants car in the parking area which is also out of the way of your parking area.
