We offer two (2) duplex houses in Villa de las Rosas for those looking for private accommodation with basic amenities and moderate prices. We value the proximity to the village, which allows you to move easily on foot. Each cottage sleeps 3 and they share the grounds. The location is central, just 10 blocks from the main square (13 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive) and half a block (50 meters) from the main road and several restaurants. The space The casita has one bedroom that includes a full bed and a ceiling fan, heater for cool nights, bathroom with hot water, kitchen dining room equipped with a single bed, refrigerator, covered garage, garden, patio with grill and WIFI connection. Other things to note In our space we propose a quiet life since the casita is next to our house. - The house is a smoke free space. - Rest and quiet hours are respected (Between 11 pm and 8 am) - We propose not to place loud music. - Check in case you want to receive visitors - Pets are prohibited - We do not have a pool - We do not have a TV.
