This open-concept condo has been completely redecorated and boasts high ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen areas. The Coastal Room has a queen bed with memory foam cooling mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The Mountain Room also has a queen size memory foam cooling mattress. The City Room has a twin with twin trundle. Guests may access the entire condo and back patio. Guests do NOT have access to the garage. There is a limit of two vehicles and they must both be parked on the condo’s designated driveway/parking spots. Make sure wheels are completely on the driveway so as not to damage the sprinkler system. Absolutely no animals allowed. Owners are highly sensitive to hair and dander. Most have been full-time residents for years. We are centrally located near grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and only 2.3 miles from Harding University. Each condo has a private parking area for two vehicles. Street parking is frowned upon by our HOA so please make sure to park in the designated area only and all wheels must be on the concrete to prevent damaging sprinkler heads. If you need groceries, there is a Harp’s about a block or two away.
