Please remember that you are staying in a cabin, not a hotel, treat the space with respect. If any inconvenience occurs, let us know and we will do our best as soon as possible. However, there are no staff attending the Complex 24/7. We provide as a courtesy some amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, water, cleaning products, etc. that are not replenished during the stay. It does not include daily cleaning service, but if you wish we can schedule it at an additional cost. Electricity is included in short stays (2-27 nights). Please help the planet by saving energy and using the ACs optimally, maintaining an indoor temperature of 25°C. Electricity is not included in Long Stays (from 28 Nights) and will have an additional cost of $4 MXN Pesos per KwH. - Occasionally electricity and internet services may have interruptions beyond our control. - In the jungle there are insects that were here long before us, occasionally they can enter the cabins, make sure to keep the windows closed and have your natural repellent on hand.
