The space The GRAND at Railroad Street is a very spacious and beautifully crafted home located steps away from the Historical Downtown Holly District. Holly, Michigan is a unique small town, bringing with it warm nostalgia. It is a popular and lively little town, with lots of visitors. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants available within walking distance. There are bicycles provided for downtown exploring or just a relaxing ride along the sidewalks, if desired. The train tracks are located directly across the street from the Grand, which brings the opportunity to experience them with ease. Surely a cool experience for all. Truly a one-of-a-kind gem! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of 4 locked common area closets and mechanical/storage room. No garage space is available for a vehicle. Covered hot tub open year-round. Fire table access will depend on weather conditions. There is a small occupied apartment above the garage. The tenants use a separate garage entrance to the apartment and will not mingle with guests. There is no access to the two garages toward the rear of the property, as well as no parking in front of those 2 garage doors. Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum requirement to book at The GRAND at Railroad Street. The home is located in a lively area, and although it is not in a super quiet and serene area, and there is potential for noises, traffic, trains, people and pets that are out of ones control, there are several amenities, restaurants, and activities located close by. Feel free to enjoy the yard games and bicycles provided in the garage, at your leisure.
