Send the kids downstairs to enjoy the full-floor game room while you relax upstairs on the large, cozy reclining couch in front of the gas fireplace and 60" HDTV. The gaming floor features a full sized ping pong table, HDTV, shuffleboard, darts, 12 game standup arcade, Xbox(use with your Microsoft account login), foosball and pocket pool table. There's even a Futon that converts to a queen-sized bed. ENTRY FLOOR: Bright, Open concept kitchen, dining room, seating area with full view of the fireplace and living room. Kitchen table seats 8, Kitchen Island seats 2. Coffee and tea : Tea kettle and Mr coffee standard brew pot available. Filters available. Please provide your own ground coffee and tea bags We also have a portable highchair and pack n' play for the wee little ones. The workspace is off the living room - with full view of the TV and Fireplace. Walk-in closet to store your ski/snowboard equipment, coats and luggage. There is a full bath on this level. A large porch off the living room where you can relax under the porch. In the summer, take a nap in the hammock. TOP FLOOR: We have 3 bedrooms and an open spaced loft with a trundle (with two twin beds for the kids). A full bath with giant jacuzzi, shower and skylight. The loft overlooks the Living room and the beautiful fireplace view. GROUND FLOOR: HDTV, full-sized ping pong table, shuffleboard, darts, pocket pool, 12 game stand up arcade, Full bath, Laundry room COMMUNITY Should you choose to enjoy our community amenities, including the 2 heated pools, the beach/lakefront including use of non-motorized watercraft, mini golf and the stables, an extra $10 per person daily fee is paid directly to the community at the POC office at 196 Karl Hope Blvd. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for guest use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 level home. Digital keypad entry Other things to note Masthope is a private community for members and their guests. The POC administration office requires all guests to complete a registration form and pay a $100 registration fee prior to check in. There is a $25/late fee if registration is within 10 days prior to arrival. We will email you the form to complete. Thank you
