HOA rules. ** ** No street parking overnight. 10pm cars must be moved. When parking on street during available times, park with the flow of traffic. Any vehicles parked on the street overnight will be towed at guests expense** 1. No smoking in the home 2. No street parking after 10pm 3. Heating fee (pool & spa) $30/day October-April 4. Must be 25 or older to book 5. No pets 6. Must have rental history in order to book 7. Additional Cleaning fee TBD if home left in excess mess 8. Upon arrival, if something is broken or looks out of place, inform the host so that you will not be held responsible. There will be a fine of $400 for pets or smoking on the inside of property.
