Welcome to your home away from home in the quiet suburbs of Niagara Falls! Just a few blocks away from 200+ stores and restaurants, 10 minutes to Niagara Falls, & only 20 minutes to Buffalo. Our home features: - 2 comfy queen beds & a bunk bed - Fully stocked Kitchen - Washer & Dryer - Living room with smart Tv - Finished basement with smart tv & Ping pong table - Fast WiFi - Fenced in backyard with Deck, grill, & outdoor dining table. (summer) If you have any questions, let me know :) The space Home layout: *1st floor: —Living room - Leather Sofa, Love seat, and a Smart TV —1st bedroom - Queen bed, computer desk+chair, and a dresser/closet. —2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and a closet. —Bathroom - Stocked with towels, Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste. FYI - the shower is shower only. —Kitchen - Appliances included: -Fridge - Freezer - Gas Stove -Microwave -Toaster -Keurig w/K-cups -Also, stocked with cooking essentials: pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, salt, pepper, a variety of other spices, etc. —Dining Room - High top table, with seating for 4. ——- Basement: - Living area with sectional couch, smart TV, small bar, and a ping pong table. - Laundry room with washer, dryer, detergent, iron w/ironing board. Backyard: - Fully fenced in yard - Wood deck with a grill and a picnic table shielded from the sun by a pergola. Guest access Self Check-in with smart lock: Upon booking you will receive a link that sets up a virtual key so you can unlock and lock the door from your smart phone. Downloading the app is not mandatory. We also provide a code you can use to unlock the door. Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The garage and electrical room are the only areas that are off limits. Other things to note Flexible cancellations Flexible check-in & check-out times Pet Friendly! Backyard is fenced in, but it is only 4ft tall. So, be careful if you have a jumper. If its raining or wet outside, please wipe your dogs paws :) $25 fee per night for each guest over 6 - there are 2 couches where additional guests can sleep. Please remove your shoes when you enter the home. You must park in the driveway at night. There are fines for parking in the street.
