For elderly guests or for children, the ground floor also has an en-suite bedroom. Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) with three Super king beds and one King size bed. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (up to 5 bed rooms based on number of guests, Open plan kitchen, 3 bathrooms) except one room in the ground floor that is locked away by the owner and also the loft and the Garden shed are out of bounds. Other things to note Accessibility Certain features in the property entrance (not step free) may make it more difficult for some people, for example people with specific disabilities (mobility or hearing or cared for), to be evacuated in case of fire. We apologise for the property not being suitable for such persons. Hot Tub Due to limitation of time between checkout and check-in and because we empty and clean the hot tub after every guest leaves, the hot tub is not ready to use on the day of arrival. Please bear that in mind and follow the instructions to fill up the hot tub and let it heat overnight. For your maximum enjoyment we do not ask you to empty the hot tub on your last day.
