This studio is ideal for travelers who appreciate simplicity, fresh air and nature, rather than luxury. It’s a relaxed Caribbean-style space where you can slow down, listen to the sounds of the jungle, and enjoy the natural surroundings. The studio accommodates up to two guests and includes a double bed with mosquito net, a private bathroom with hot shower (located outside the bedroom), and a basic kitchen with the essentials. You will also have your own terrace, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. The space is very open and well ventilated, built in a rustic style with a tin roof, so you may hear the rain and the natural sounds of the jungle. Only the bed area has a mosquito net, as the design allows fresh air to circulate. The property is located close to the main road and near other vacation rentals and small local businesses, so you may notice the natural movement of the area — people, local life, and wildlife. This also makes the location very convenient and easy to access. We offer 25 Mbps fiber-optic internet. Please note that the property uses rainwater and well water. Drinking water for cooking and consumption should be purchased separately. The well water is safe to use but may have a natural yellowish tint due to minerals. You will also find other independent vacation rentals on the property, all private but sharing the same entrance. This is a quiet nature-oriented place. Parties, loud music, and drugs are not allowed. Instead, guests enjoy birdwatching and the peaceful presence of wildlife. It’s common to see sloths, howler monkeys, agoutis, toucans, and tropical birds around the garden. Because we are surrounded by tropical nature, you may encounter insects, geckos, and other small wildlife. This is part of the natural Caribbean environment The studio is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and laundry. The best way to move around is by bicycle, though buses, taxis, tuk-tuks, and scooters are also available. 🐾 Pet Friendly One pet per stay is allowed with prior approval. Guest access Check-in time must be respected; early arrivals require prior authorization, and failure to obtain it will result in a USD $50 charge deducted from the security deposit. Cleanup Duty: Be a responsible pet parent - pick up after your pet. It's a small act that makes a big difference. Leash Protocol: When entering or leaving the property, keep your pet on a leash. It's for their safety and the peace of mind of our neighbors. No Lone Rangers: Please don't leave your pet alone on the property. We want to avoid any howling symphonies and property mishaps.
