A new house with a spectacular view of the sea and all the nature around it, we are 500 meters from one of the most sought-after waterfalls in Ilhabela, the Cachoeira dos Três Tombs, and 1 km away you can reach Praia da Feiticeira, a lot of convenience and fun for the whole family. The space In all, there are three en-suites, two with standard beds, a master suite with a queen bed, a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and an extra double mattress and a single mattress if needed. Air-conditioning in ALL 3 bedrooms The living room and kitchen do not have air-conditioning. Loud sounds are not allowed on the property, nor are parties or raves that may disturb the peace of others. Guest access It is not allowed under any circumstances to move and/or remove any plants or flowers from the garden. Nature is beautiful and should not be degraded, and there will be other people after you who may have the pleasure of being dazzled by the same beauties.
