Poona Palm Villa - Waterfront beach house

Make some memories at this unique, absolute beachfront and family-friendly beach house. The house was one of the first in Poona, situated right on the beach. Sit back and relax on the verandah taking in the ocean breeze and view or get amongst it swimming, fishing, kayaking or just taking in the sun by the beach. Bring the entire family, including the fur babies with a fully fenced yard (out side pets only). Bring your boat with boat ramp 400m away or use the kayaks supplied at the house. The space Large high set house, 2 bedrooms and an additional single bed in living area. Lounge room inside with a selection of DVDs for everyone in the family & recently added Foxtel with all channels including sports & movies. There is an additional lounging area on the veranda. Dining area both inside and on the veranda. A selection of board games & puzzles are available for use. The veranda can be closed off from the elements with clear cafe blinds, so you can still be a part of the outdoors, even at times of unfavourable or cooler weather. Kitchen up stairs is equiped with everything you need, including extra large oven & gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle & toaster. All upstairs rooms have ceiling fans, even the veranda area. Downstairs is a camp style kitchen with BBQ, additional fridge, microwave, sink and additional dining area with coloured party lights. Also downstairs is an additional bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. Outdoor equipment available for guest use including beach toys, kayaks, crab pots, some fishing rods and fish cleaning table. Guest access Although the majority of the house is available for guest access, there are some parts which are closed off for owner use & storage. This will not impact your stay and still more than enough room to relax and enjoy your time. Other things to note House does not come with bed sheets or towels, so please bring your own. (1x Double & 5x single beds) Blankets & pillows provided. Please bring toiletries, including toilet paper (limited amount supplied), insect repellant, sunscreen, food & clothing. Some fishing rods supplied, but recommend brining your own. Great place for getting yabbies, so bring your pump too! Bait can also be purchased at the caravan park kiosk and the cafe 300m down the road.
