Please note: the neighborhood pool and tennis courts are reserved for residents only, but you’ll have plenty of space to play, relax, and recharge right here. Guest access Guest will have full access to the property, excluding the garage itself. Other things to note The home has radiant floor heating it is best not to turn off in the winter as it can take almost a full day to warm up. There is a mini split system in the main room, but additional fans and space heaters can be provided with advanced notice. THERE IS NO CENTRAL AC. The atrium while peaceful, can get very warm or cold as it is still considered outdoor space. When there is heavy rain it can be loud as with the wind.
