There is an ongoing construction on the facade of the building M-Fr The space The Palm Beach Hotel-Condominium is a true Historic Landmark and double bell tower Spanish Baroque architectural gem filled with the old world glamour and charm of a bygone era. The Building's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby housing the Palm Beach Day Spa, Washconnect app operated laundry facilities and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. An ice machine is on the second floor. The building is also within easy walking distance to a wide variety of amazing restaurants & bars. Indeed, everything needed for your mind, body and spirit: onsite spa, pool & gardens, endless beaches, walking & biking paths, religious & spiritual centers, tennis courts, yoga studios, spas, world class golf courses, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums and entertainment is either a short stroll or quick drive away. PB Catch, a favorite seafood restaurant and the authentic French bistro, Patrick Lézé Patissier are both located on the first floor of the Building. Directly across the street is Palm Beach's favorite sushi restaurant Echo and Publix, a supermarket catering to all your grocery needs. Within two blocks, are an array of amazing restaurants including Meat Market Steakhouse, Trevini Ristorante, Lola 41, Cucina, Henry’s, Almond, the popular breakfast eatery and drugstore Green’s Pharmacy and Amici Market, a gourmet market. Just by the Flagler bridge, the Royal Poinciana Plaza offers the elegant Sant Ambroeus, Palm Beach Grill and The Honor Bar, as well as casual Toojay’s Deli and Celis Juice Bar. And of course the nearby Breaker's Hotel offers several stellar dining options including HMF, the Seafood Bar, The Italian Restaurant, and Flagler Steakhouse. And those are just the closest dining options, the island is filled with many more. Parking on Sunrise Avenue, infront of the building is limited to 1 hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. If you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine. Palm Beach Hotel Condominium Residences provide FREE VALET Services 8AM to 11PM UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 ONLY. We will keep you posted for other parking options if your reservation is anytime after October 1, 2024. There is a 2 hour parking places available on North County Road (East of the building) and Bradley Plaza (West of the building) that is 2 minutes walk from the building. Guest access - 24-Hour Front Desk & Day Spa: The spacious ground floor of the Palm Beach Hotel hosts a 24-hour staffed front desk for convenient check-in and check-out at any time, as well as a day spa for guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation during their stay. • Amenities Access: Guests have access to the hotel’s shared amenities, including a heated pool, mezzanine library and game room, and the breezeway lounge area, which are shared with other residents and guests. • Laundry Facilities: Laundry machines, operated by the WashConnect App, are located in the hotel’s basement. Feel free to use these washers and dryers as needed. • Getting Around: It’s easy to explore Palm Beach without a car. Guests can walk, bike, or use Uber. A taxi from West Palm Beach Airport takes about 10 minutes. You can also download the Circuit App for an electric shuttle. Other things to note · There may be construction on the facade of the building M-Fr 9-4.30 · Quiet hours 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM · PLUMBING AND HOT WATER—sometimes it takes to run water for 20 or so min to get it hot. And draining of the water can be slower. Thank you for your patience with our historic building and its pipes! · The AC can freeze up if temperatures are placed below 68. If it does, please turn off AC for a few minutes before restarting. · In some of our 1 br apartments there is AC is only in the living room. There is no separate AC in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom or a portable fan. · The building has MONTHLY PEST CONTROL inspecting/treating every room, but Florida natives-palmetto bugs and sugar ants sometimes come into the buildings for shelter when conditions are unfavorable outside. Don't be alarmed as they do not bite. · There is shared pool in the courtyard and laundry facilities in the building. All individuals residing in the building have access to these facilities. · Suitable for families however we do not have outlet and corner covers or other safety guards. · If you have a service or emotional support animal, the building management will ask to show documentation and vaccination records. · If you need anything or have any concerns, text us immediately or call, that helps us to address all concerns right away as long as the issue is within our control. · This is a condo building offering privately owned and managed boutique-style vacation rentals.
