The space Our beautiful apartment in the quiet village center of Nettelrede welcomes you in a tasteful, modern and warm ambience, which we have prepared for you with a lot of love for detail. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2024 and comfortably furnished. Via the hallway on the ground floor, you can reach the upper floor and the adjacent rooms on the lower level via a staircase. In the lower area there is one of two bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 meters), a dresser and a desk. Directly opposite is a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The cozy kitchen-living room on the ground floor forms the heart of the property and invites you to linger with its high-quality furnishings and its stylish, timeless decor. The cozy living room is attached to the eat-in kitchen and impresses with a large round arch gate with rungs windows, as well as with historic timber. The light-flooded gate leads directly into the enchanted front garden, which invites you to relax. From summer 2024, another sun terrace will also be available at the back of the apartment. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a cozy French double bed (1.40 meters) and a practical, small desk. Directly adjacent there is a second bathroom with sink and toilet. Public parking is available in front of the apartment and the ground floor is also accessible to people with mobility issues. If required, an extra bed can be provided for toddlers up to 3 years of age. The entire apartment with its size of 80 m² offers plenty of space and, especially due to the two levels, sufficient retreat options. Our charming apartment is located between Hanover and Hameln in the Deister-Süntel-Tal recreational area, surrounded by old beech forests and dirt roads that lead directly into the Deister. Ideal for hikers, walkers and cyclists. The cultural highlights of the region, such as the Marien- or the Bückeburg, promise unforgettable experiences. Along the Deister-Süntel Valley, you will also find numerous charming hiking destinations. Be it the ridge path of the Deister with its panoramic view to Hanover, the Schillat cave with its stalactite formations, or the Hohenstein with its cliffs that reach up to 50 meters in depth. There is also no shortage of opportunities to stop by and enjoy a delicious piece of cake in the region. But cyclists also get their money's worth on the numerous mountain bike routes in the Deister and the long bike paths through the region, up to the Weser bike path near Hameln. The legendary city of Hameln offers many more points of contact for those interested in culture. In addition, our apartment offers a great opportunity to relax after a long day at the Expo site in Hanover-Laatzen and to recharge your batteries for the next day. The transport connection: Nettelrede is right on the B442. The distance from Nettelrede to the Hanover Trade Fair is about 45 kilometers and can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Hannover Central Station is about 50 kilometers away. The nearest train station is in Bad Münder am Deister, about 6 kilometers from Nettelrede. In addition, Nettelrede offers a good connection to the A2 highway, which is an important east-west connection. Hannover Airport is about 45 kilometers or a 30-minute drive from Nettelrede and can be easily reached via the A2 highway. The city of Hameln is about 19 km or 20 minutes by car from the property.
