Other things to note KINDLY READ THESE REMINDERS & HOUSE RULES CHECK-IN & ACCESS: 1. Please proceed to the lobby of Saint Dominique at 3:00 PM to check in. 2. All guests must present valid IDs upon check-in. Only those listed on the Residents’ Info Sheet will be allowed entry into the unit. 3. The key can be found in Mail Box of Saint Dominique. 4. Guests have free access to the gym and pool (Note: The pool is closed every Monday). HOUSE MANUAL & RULES: 5. Cooking Cooking is allowed. Please always use the range hood while cooking to prevent triggering the fire alarm and to minimize odors. Avoid frying fish or strong-smelling foods. Kindly clean up after and wash all dishes. 6. Garbage Disposal & Toilet Use Dispose of your trash properly in the designated bins. Garbage must not be left outside individual units or in common areas. Garbage collection is from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM—please call Housekeeping to arrange pick-up. To prevent toilet clogs, do not flush tissue paper, sanitary napkins, or any non-flushable items. 7. Streaming Services • You may use your personal accounts for Netflix and other streaming platforms. 8. Shower Heater Use Do not adjust the shower heater settings to avoid system shutdown. • Check under the bathroom sink to ensure it’s turned on. • Set the faucet handle to the middle position for warm water. 9. Towels & Linens Two fresh towels will be provided upon check-in. An extra set may be requested for ₱300—please inform us at least one day in advance. 10. Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness of the unit and handle all furniture and appliances with care. Stains or damage to linens, curtains, or furniture may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. 11. Visitors Notify us at least one day in advance if you’re expecting visitors. We need to submit an authorization letter to condo management, which can only be processed during office hours. Visitors may stay for a maximum of 4 hours only. 12. Quiet Hours & Noise Control Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise disturbances must be avoided at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. 13. Pets Pets are not allowed inside the unit. 14. Smoking, Vaping, & Slippers • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building premises. • Slippers are for indoor use only. Please do not wear unit slippers outside. 15. Balcony Use Hanging clothes on the balcony is strictly prohibited. 16. Safety & Assistance For help with appliances or any concerns, press the Home Button of the intercom. 17. Security Please respect and cooperate with the security protocols of the condominium complex.
