It is cozy yet spacious with private parking and an entrance from the main house. *****Please note there are 18 steps with handrails to access the apartment. May not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Rt 690 and the NYS Thruway providing easy access to local attractions in Syracuse and surrounding areas such as the Finger Lake wineries. This is a full private one-bedroom apartment over the garage area. There may or may not be other guests or ourselves in the main house during your stay. The apartment does not include the use of the back patio or yard area which is part of the main house rental. We may or may not be in town. We are always available by cell/text and always have a local property manager available as needed. When we are in town, we give our guests their space and privacy. Quiet river front neighborhood. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants, and walking- biking path through Baldwinsville. Parking is private with easy access to apartment. You are with in 5-minute drive to Rt 690 and NY State Thruway. We are close to public transportation. We are also a 5-minute walk through the neighborhood to Lions Park which has a walking- bike path into the village of Baldwinsville.
