A bright double room is available to rent in a spacious lower villa, where I'm living alone. It's in a quiet neighbourhood in Broomhouse. The bedroom faces the private back garden. The tram stop is just 10 minutes away, from where you can get to the airport and the city in 15, to murrayfield stadium in 10 minutes. Calder road bus stop is 3 mins away, Heriot-Watt University is just 10 minutes by bus. Napier University Sighthill campus is in walking distance. The space The guest room is by the bathroom, both accessible from the hallway. There is a large living room with TV and sofa, as well as a dining table and access to the kitchen. Kitchen is equiped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle. Guest access The guests can use the kichen and dining area for tea, caffee, cereal and toast breakfast. Butter, jam and milk is also provided
