Apartment Between Seas (São Lourenço)

The Entre Mares Building has a privileged location because it is between two beaches, Riviera de São Lourenço and Itaguaré Beach. Located in the São Lourenço neighborhood, next to Riviera de São Lourenço, it is possible to access the Riviera on foot. Our apartment's beach service is located at Riviera de São Lourenço. The apartment is on the fifth floor and overlooks a sandy street and green area. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED, TABLE, OR BATH LINENS. The space The building is in a very strategic location and can have access to 2 beaches. Today, we have a commercial area on the next block, with 2 pizzerias, a pharmacy, bakery, pet shop, emporiums and a restaurant. You can do everything on foot! In addition to the condominium's leisure area being very complete, the condominium sets up a beach umbrella early in the morning on Riviera de São Lourenço beach, in a very privileged corner of the beach! Next to the umbrella, there is a surf school and several food trailers (Japanese food, seafood and others). Guest access The condominium has swimming pools, a fitness center, sauna, playroom, movie room, sports court, barbecue area and 4 gourmet spaces. On New Year's Eve, we have dinners and a musical show in the building's leisure area! Other things to note We want to emphasize that the apartment has a glazed balcony closure and a protective net.
