We are a group of 3 friends who bought and renovated this apartment in 2023. We look forward to hosting you in this spacious, bright apartment with a nice view and fully equipped for your stay in Le Mans or more generally in Sarthe. Easy access with bus stop (St-Exupéry) at the foot of the residence: - 5 min by bus to Place de la République (or 15/20 min walk) - 10 min to SNCF train station Free street parking at the foot of the residence and surroundings. The space 79 m² apartment: - 1 independent and bright living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), connected TV, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs (+2 stools available), an Apple computer (Mac Mini) connected to the TV at your disposal - 2 bedrooms with double bed, desk, office chair, closet with plenty of storage and an Apple laptop (MacBook Pro) at your disposal during the stay - separate toilet + sink - Bathroom with double sink + bathtub - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer space, ceramic hob, catalytic oven, range hood, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, raclette grill, pots, dishes and vacuum cleaner. All the rooms open onto a corridor independent of the entrance. The accommodation is equipped with a fiber optic internet connection at your disposal. Shops and fast food nearby (including a Carrefour Express next to the residence). Free street parking at the foot of the residence and in the immediate vicinity. St Exupéry bus stops almost at the foot of the residence. Bedding provided: - One duvet per bed with duvet cover - One fitted sheet per bed - 2 pillows per bed with pillowcase Towels provided. Guest access The whole property is at your disposal. Check-in is in person and from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the latest. Not living on site, the exact arrival time will be set together! Checkout is no later than 11 a.m. Other things to note ——————— The heating is a collective heating system at the building level. We don't have control over its activation/deactivation! The house does not have a hairdryer. Personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste) are not provided. Please let us know if you need any further information :-)
