Sailor's Daughter

The Sailor's Daughter is a very unusual Mid Century/contemporary home. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown, beaches and resturants guests can easily plan their stay. The backyard is spacious with a large deck, outdoor seating, a grill and a hot tub. A private gate and 6ft high privacy fencing give guests complete privacy during their stay. Guest access Guests have access to the two bed two bath rental as well as spacious fenced yard, their own entrance, grill, backyard deck and hot tub and parking on the property Other things to note This house is a duplex style house. I as the host live on the property but my area is completely separated and do not share any spaces where guests stay. Guests have their own gate to the rental as well as 6ft high privacy fencing giving them complete privacy of the rental and yard during their stay. Must be 30+ years old to book. Guests under 30 can stay at the house (ie family, friends) but person booking must be present at house during dates booked.
