Flamboiã Cabin

A place in the middle of the beach and forest within a residential neighborhood. We have two giant dogs that like a lot of attention and also 2 kittens. The cabin is on the grounds along with our house, so the garden is shared. However, there is a deck for guests only. Lighted, with table, chairs and a hammock. The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable and complete stay. Located 2 blocks from the beach, 20 min walk to Santo Antônio de Lisboa and 15 min drive to Jurerê/Daniela The space The listing is for 3 people, but it is equipped for up to 5 people. With a different price per person from the 4th person. The cabin has: - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, an extra single bed and a balcony. - Living room with a comfortable sofa bed. 1 upholstered chair with desk. A coffee table and a TV - full kitchen with utensils, pots, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, air fryer. A small table with 4 stools. - a bathroom, with bath towels, hair dryer and hygiene kits. - has an iron and a thermal pad for ironing clothes. - All rooms have blackout curtains to darken the rooms, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. - a balcony at the back with clothesline and hammock support - a deck in the front illuminated with pergola, small barbecue, round table, 5 chairs, 3 upholstered chairs and a hammock. *Bed and bath linens are provided Guest access The guest area includes the full cabin, front deck, and back porch. It has a parking space for one car in the garden. Other things to note NOISE AND NEIGHBORS The chalet is in a residential neighborhood, so there may be noise in the neighborhood. We take all measures within the law to prevent this from happening, but sometimes it is beyond our control. As we value good neighborliness, guests are not allowed to make noise after 10 p.m. TRASH Please separate recyclable, common, and glass waste.
