This listing is specifically for booking events (parties, weddings, meetings, etc). Guest access The whole guest suite, parking spaces, the whole courtyard for the event (gazebo, 3 canopy tents and the 3 outdoor patio furniture sets (optional). *** the Guest Suite is exclusive for the registered guest and its companion's only. Other things to note 1. Roads. Please be aware that the roads going to the guest house are not all paved. So you will experience some rough patches on the way to the guest suite from the main road. Nevertheless, any type of vehicle can make it to the guest suite, with careful driving. For many guests, the short rough roads and narrow street add to the rustic charm and privacy of the guest suite's environment. But we thought it best to let you know beforehand 2. Events and Celebrations: We have a spacious courtyard with Gazebo, 3 canopy tents and 3 outdoor patio furniture sets. Event Booking for this property includes: - 6 hours for the event preparation, program and after party clean up. - Exclusive use of the guest suite for booking registered guests only during the event. NO OVERNIGHT STAY FOR THIS LISTING. - additional hours in excess of 6 hours will be charged at Php 1000 per hour. - preparation hours is charged This is the only part of the property that we allow guests to host family gatherings, celebrations, and small/big events. Strictly no events and gatherings allowed in the guest suite. 3. Pets. We love pets! We understand why you would love to go on vacations with them. But we need our guests to be 100% responsible for looking after pets' toilet needs outside the guest suite (never inside please!), cleaning up after them, picking up their litter and disinfecting the floor if they have accidents inside the house. Please keep your pets away from all towels, linens and furnitures, especially the bed. We do not want to add extra cleaning costs to your stay. But if your stay will warrant extra cleaning fees as a result of your pets, we will let you know. Thank you for being responsible pet owners! 4..Stairs and Ramps. We have a few step staircase leading to the front porch to get to the front door of the guest suite. So please excercise caution and supervise the very young and elderly members of your group. The walkway from the gate to the front porch is wheelchair friendly, for those who are wheelchair-bound or mobility-challenged guests. 5.. Garage and Parking. The guest suite's ground has enough space to accommodate 10 vehicles (cars, SUVs and Vans snugs easily). Parking is inside the gated property, that should give you a worry free homestay with us. 6. Safety. This guest suite and its features and amenities (including staircases, ramps and others) are for our guests' exclusive use and enjoyment. Please exercise caution (including avoiding rough play or running around the stairs and porch, etc) while using any of its features and amenities. Owner and hosts will not be liable for any untoward incidents that may occur in the premises and/or as a result of the use of any of its facilities.
