The apartment includes a living room with dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom, a daylight bathroom with shower as well as a large, sunny terrace and adjoining private garden. The apartment complex is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but still very central in Norddeich. The spacious apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers you a 4K smart TV with 49" and apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many more in the living room. A highlight of the apartment is the beautiful, modern fireplace. With a little wood, you can make yourself really comfortable here. There is also an Internet radio and a Blu-ray player with a small, current movie collection. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge incl. freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and plenty of cooking and dining utensils. In addition, not only is there a filter coffee machine, but also a Tassimo machine. Another highlight is the garden, because this apartment is the only one with a large, private, high-fenced garden with its own garden house. On the terrace you can spend beautiful, sunny hours in the afternoon and evening due to the south-west orientation. The terrace is equipped with a cozy East Frisian beach chair, high-quality garden furniture, two sun loungers with parasol and a barbecue. Ideal for animal lovers: The garden is completely fenced and accessible from the terrace as well as through a lockable garden gate from the apartment parking lot. Via a private path, only the guests of our holiday home can reach Norddeicher Straße after only 50 m, where you will find many restaurants, cafes and shops. Outside, you can also store your bicycles or other items in your lockable garden shed. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the garden shed at numerous sockets. The bedroom has a double bed, a large 4K smart TV with 43" and apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc., as well as a nice wardrobe with plenty of storage space. For the third and fourth person, a cozy double sofa bed is provided in the living area, which can be pulled out in the blink of an eye. For the night, the living room and bedroom can be completely darkened with the help of shutters. An iron with ironing board, a clothes rack and a hair dryer are also available. This apartment includes two private, consecutive, paved and illuminated parking spaces directly at the vacation home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there via our charging stations.
