Open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Comfortable seating in the living room that feels inviting. Dining table seats six and island seats 3 additional. Private master suite that encompasses the entire top floor with a King bed and additional lounge area. Large walk-in closet with built-in full length mirrors and ample hangers provided. Two other bedrooms on the main floor, both have built-in drawers, hangers and full length mirrors. Upgraded front load washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced with a 6 ft. privacy fence and a fire pit. Guest access The main floor and top floor are available for full use. The front door area is not shoveled during the winter months. The back door area is for guest use only and a shovel and ice-salt are provided so guests can keep this area clear during their stay. The Michigan basement serves as a utility and owner storage space and is locked off. The garage is also locked off. Other things to note The home comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Additional guest beyond six incur a fee of $50 per guest, per night. Exceptions for children may be considered if made in advance.
