My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon? The space The heart of the attic is the spacious, open living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will not only find enough space to relax, but also a work opportunity. A ladder also takes you to a cozy sunbathing area overlooking the impressive Karwendel Mountains. In addition, the attic has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire top floor of the house, the staircase and, if desired, the heated garage to safely store and dry various sports equipment. Other things to note The house is located directly on Sellrainer Landesstraße in a 30 km/h zone. During the day, traffic in the apartment can be audible, but at night it calms down, so nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. From March 2025, during the week during the day, there may be occasional noise disturbances due to construction work on the adjacent property. The city tax of €3 per night per person (from 15 years) is not included in the price.
