First floor/lower level has a large fully equipped kitchen with an island for you to sit, sip some wine or hot tea & cook a family meal. Electric range oven is ready for your cooking or even baking needs, a large refrigerator can be fully stocked with your heart’s desire. Pots, pans, baking dishes, dinnerware, serving dishes, utensils as well as some spices, condiments, coffee & tea are all provided. Coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster & microwave are also at your disposal. It’s a large open floor concept that also features a dining table; a cozy nook to chill after dinner being warmed by our wood-burning stove, watch TV, read a book, chat with your loved ones . Second level has a large beautifully decorated living room ready to just hang out and talk, laugh or play for hours. You are welcome to use the wood burning, stone fireplace & TV. The living room has a sliding door to the deck with a dining set and relaxing lounge oasis. Blankets, soft pillows & comfortable couches are perfect to cozy up & connect with your loved ones. There are two bedrooms, both featuring queen size beds and a full bathroom with standard bathtub/shower. There’s also a little nook with instant coffee maker. The upper/third level has 1 bedroom with queen bed and powder room. There are some books & games ready for the you too. All bed sheets, towels, blankets, body wash/shampoo, fully stocked kitchen are provided for you. The home has electric heat as well as wood burning stove on the lower level, wood burning fireplace on the second level (please note we do not provide firewood; it can be purchased in supermarkets in the area) & propane grill. Guest access !!!!!!TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP (Pool, lakes, courts, golf) IS AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM LAKE NAOMI CLUB FOR WEEKLY STAYS ONLY !!!!!!You have the usage of the entire house and property. The community is a vacation home family oriented & rather quaint and quiet. Best suited for families or couples wanting to relax & spend quality time together in a comfortable & beautiful home surrounded by nature.
