Home shared with friendly owners . We can offer you 4 double bedrooms. This listing is not suited to large groups that want to congregate in the home and cook meals. Best suited for groups needing a bed and a shower. The space Our family residence offers flexible living accommodation across three storeys and has been finished to the highest standard. We benefit from a generously sized entrance hall, landing and exquisite house bathroom. We have a superb open plan kitchen with large family room. Double doors lead through to the magnificently designed and maintained open plan kitchen with oak flooring. We do not want large groups cooking in the kitchen on an evening but are happy for you to make a drink/breakfast. Located on the first floor are two double bedrooms (one of which is a triple sleeper) plus the house bathroom. To the second floor is a further double bedroom with ample storage and a playroom/ sitting room with large screen TV (also doubling up as double bedroom with pull out sofa bed when required). Our home sits on a substantial plot with gardens to both the front and rear that have been thoughtfully designed and are meticulously maintained. There is a resin gravel driveway offering off-street parking depending on availability. Our generous south west facing garden that is predominantly laid to lawn with well-stocked borders and a stone flagged outside terraced area is ideal for guests in the warmer summer months. Guest access The property is accessed through a pillared entrance with a remote operated sliding gate leading to the private driveway that offers ample off street parking. Upon entering the property, there is a substantial oak floor hallway providing access to the downstairs living accommodation as well as having a useful WC. During your stay We are a warm and welcoming family that love to chat to guests. At the same time we respect privacy for those that would prefer not to chat. Other things to note You will have 4 rooms (3 doubles and 1 triple sleeper) and have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen and outdoor spaces. This listing is best suited to groups that are looking for a base (somewhere to sleep and shower). Not suited for groups that want to spend a lot of time in the home and cook in the kitchen. We do tend to keep our lounge for family use only so our children can spread out with their toys. This is our family home and main residence. We ask all guests to please respect us and our home. We are very accommodating and go out of our way to make guests feel at home as well as accommodate special requests and share our knowledge of the local area.
