Detached garden annex in Lewes

Spacious, self-contained, well-equipped, one-bedroom garden annex in a quiet part of Lewes. We are 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre and Lewes station, and 5 minutes to the South Downs. Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms. The space Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with king-size bed, an additional small double sofa bed (please let us know if you would like it making up), plenty of wardrobe space, and a beautiful view down the Ouse Valley. The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. Downstairs is a large open plan living space, with wide French doors to a private patio. There is a seating area for relaxing, reading or watching a film, a dining table and chairs for four, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Guest access The annex is a separate building with a private access and its own patio space to sit outdoors. Other things to note We provide tea, coffee and fresh milk. Breakfast is not included, but there are lots of lovely places to eat in town. We are happy to recommend places to visit or eat and our welcome book contains lots of ideas. There is a TV, which is internet-only (i.e. no aerial). You can access a small range of free channels or log on to your own iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. accounts. Please note there is no smoking, no parties or additional guests allowed, and apologies we don’t accept pets. The annex does not have any specific equipment for children or safety features such as stair gates. Self check-in and check-out. If you need anything we are available in person or on the phone.
