Location, Location, Location! This recently updated place is located in a prime spot! You will be only minutes away from Lake Martin, Wetumpka, and Montgomery. Jordan-Hare Stadium at Auburn University is an easy half-hour drive from here! Although it resides outside of city limits, you are conveniently close to many stores and restaurants. This place has been converted from its original use as a gas station and bait and tackle store to a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite and a king-size bed! A fully equipped kitchen and living room complete the space, making it a peaceful oasis for rest and relaxation. Two TVs with casting capabilities and complimentary Wi-Fi will make you feel right at home. Keyless entry at both entrances will also make your stay super convenient. The highlight of this place is the theater room!! A projector is hooked up to Roku to show your favorite shows and movies on a huge screen. The theater room is finished off with three twin-size loft beds and two bean bag chairs that convert into full-size mattresses! Fun is just waiting to happen!! The entrance to the apartment is located on the south end of the building at the covered porch. You will need to drive to the back side of the building for the easiest and closest parking to this entrance. To reach me, it is best to text me with any questions or concerns. You may receive texts from me, as well. Outside the city limits of Tallassee and Eclectic, this area has been notably referred to as Kent. This little area is a thoroughfare between the two cities, as well as Lake Martin. The people are down to earth and progress is heading its way! It's not uncommon to see horses, cows, goats, and an occasional groundhog during your stay in Kent! You will need a vehicle of your own to get around. There is no public transportation and only limited transportation company services like Uber or Lyft.
