This stylish apartment on the 2nd floor of a villa-like building surrounded by greenery was completely renovated in 2022/2023 and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is perfect for business travelers and guests looking for a spacious apartment for a longer stay. A car parking space is available on the premises. Access to the apartment is separate via the staircase. Smokers are welcome, but we ask that you only smoke on the balcony belonging to the apartment. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a villa-like building on the outskirts of Gera surrounded by a garden with lots of greenery. From all rooms of the apartment, the guest has a wide view of the landscape. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022/2023 and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are two original tiled stoves from 1908, as well as old box doors, original stucco in the living room and the refurbished flooring. When entering the apartment, the bright, light-flooded hallway with a wardrobe immediately catches the eye There are two bedrooms, each with a king size box spring bed and a wardrobe. In one bedroom there is a workstation with Wi-Fi. From the living room you have access to a covered balcony that is equipped with balcony furniture. In the living room, guests will find a large flat-screen TV, seating furniture, a coffee table and a bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts even for a longer stay. In the modern tiled bathroom, our guests can use the bathtub, a separate shower, as well as the sink with mirror and toilet. The washing machine is located in a small laundry room halfway up the stairs in the stairwell. Guest access Guests enter the apartment on the 2nd floor separately via the staircase.
