Hello and welcome, With Carine from the concierge service, we are pleased to welcome you to this charming 44 m² apartment and its 9 m² terrace, located in the green Aquaresort residence in Nérac. The space The apartment, located on the first floor, has been refurbished with new elements for more comfort and conviviality. It has in particular: - A 126 cm TV - A massage chair - A new kitchen - A Senseo coffee maker - A children's game chest - A large fridge/freezer with water fountain - New curtains designed for thermal insulation - A sofa bed with a mattress suitable for sleeping on a daily basis The apartment is composed of a hallway going directly to the living room/kitchen. On either side of this hallway are the two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. You can access the terrace through the living room via the bay window. Cooking hobs, coffee maker, microwave... There is everything you need to prepare food. You can enjoy your meals on the indoor table, on the sofa in front of the TV (126 cm), or on the terrace to enjoy the outdoor air! The apartment is bright thanks to its large bay window, and has plenty of storage. You will be well equipped for long stays with a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board. Sheets are provided. You will also have access to a tourist guide detailing the main activities to discover nearby! The apartment is freely accessible from 6 p.m., where you can independently collect the keys in the lockbox and access the accommodation directly. Most of the time, the accommodation is ready before this time, please feel free to ask if you can arrive earlier! Check-out must be no later than 10 a.m. But you can also ask us to leave a little later, until 2 p.m. We will then see if it is possible according to our schedule. Cleaning is not included, you must make the apartment clean and ready for the next rental. You don't have to clean the linen, you can leave the sheets as they are when you check out. Following some previous experiences, we are now obliged to charge a supplement in the event of a failure to clean.
