Beautiful colonial house with two en-suites and one bedroom, living room, kitchen, social bathroom, balcony, basketball court, garage, gourmet area with barbecue, foosball, ping-pong and bathroom. Located 1.5 km from Vilatur beach and 300 m from Jacarepiá lagoon - It is strictly forbidden to kick or throw a ball against the walls and walls of the house. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking in the property. - It is forbidden to place objects other than ping-pong rackets and balls on the ping-pong table.
