A sliding gate at the driveway and a locked pedestrian door provide controlled access to the home. Downstairs, the open concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and accessories plus a 3-person breakfast bar. The living / dining area provides comfortable relaxation with four-seat dining, a large flat screen television and a convenient half bath. Also at ground level is a private outdoor pergola where you’ll enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and ocean air featuring additional dining and seating along with a gas barbecue. The upper level features two bedrooms and an office. The bedroom suites feature spacious bathrooms, generously sized showers and flat screen TV's. The main suite offers a spa-like experience with an oversized tub. The second suite includes a kitchenette and view of the harbor. The office space includes a 24" Smart Monitor/TV for your laptop and a printer — an ideal remote workplace with 500 Mbps fiber internet and Wi-Fi throughout the home. TV's are high-speed internet connected with all popular streaming services available through your own Log-In via Roku. Your personal information is automatically deleted upon checkout.
