This 3-floor villa is newly renovated with a private kitchen, living room, and a game room on the rooftop. The four en-suite bedrooms are almost identical, each bedroom has five five-star king-sized mattresses with high thread count linens. AC is working in great condition. There are two rooms on the ground floor and another two on the second floor. Hot water in each bathroom, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are provided for free. The kitchen is located on the ground floor, fully equipped with basic cooking appliances. Complimentary drinking water in the water dispenser machine with cold and hot water functions. The living room has a huge comfortable 10-seater sofa and a 55-inch smart TV for the group to enjoy. The rooftop is another entertainment area with a pool table, dart, Sun beds, and cold shower. ***Parking We do not have a car park, however, there’s enough space to park 4 to 5 motorbikes at the front of the villa ***Alley The access to the villa is through a small alley, there is a local eatery at the front part of the alley. If you are planning to drive motorbikes please drive slowly and carefully when entering the alley. Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole Villa except staff’s storage room located next to the kitchen.
