The apartment sleeps up to 7 guests and offers three separate bedrooms with comfy box-spring beds plus an additional armchair bed for children. Sleeping arrangements & layout Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a cosy box-spring bed. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a box-spring bed. In addition, there is an armchair bed which is ideal for children. This way everyone finds a comfortable place to sleep. For families, there is a baby cot, travel cot, high chair, children’s tableware as well as kids’ books and toys, so even the little ones feel at home quickly. Living, cooking & relaxing The living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here you can enjoy meals together, play games, watch films or simply relax. The dining table offers enough space for your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes among other things: hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer dishwasher, baking tray, toaster, kettle, blender dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils basic cooking essentials (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), coffee and a coffee machine (Baristina). For entertainment you have a TV, PlayStation 5, board games, books and reading material. Wi-Fi is of course included. Bathroom & everyday comfort The bathroom comes with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Fresh towels, bed linen, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided. For longer stays the apartment is especially convenient: washing machine and drying rack iron, ironing board, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner Starter kit in kitchen and bathroom (dish soap, tabs, sponge, tea towel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper) Part of the apartment is designed to be accessible. The ground floor with bedroom and bathroom is step-free and can be reached via the lift. Please note that there are some stairs inside the apartment between the two levels and there is no handrail at the lowest steps. Especially with smaller children you should keep an eye on them here. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. However, you can create a pleasant breeze simply by opening the windows. If you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place right in the centre of Landshut, from where you can easily explore both the city and nature on foot, this is the perfect base. Getting around The apartment is located nearby the historic Old Town of Landshut and is the ideal starting point to explore the city on foot. Within a short walk you can reach St. Martin’s church with the highest brick tower in the world. Above the city you’ll find Trausnitz Castle with beautiful views and fascinating insights into Landshut’s history. The Old Town is full of well-preserved Gothic and Renaissance buildings, small shops and cosy cafés. Numerous breakfast spots, cafés and restaurants in historic surroundings are just a short walk away. Families will love the nearby river Isar, the Court and Ducal Gardens close to the castle, the “Flutmulde” and the Mühleninsel – all perfect for a relaxed break in the green or a picnic. Parking is available in a nearby parking garage; a space can be booked on request. Other things to note There is a lift in the building, so you can reach the apartment without climbing stairs.
