Exclusive lake cabin - Ruca

Our charming 2-story cabin is located on a large lakefront property shared between 4 fully independent cabins. Built with wood in the Patagonian style, it offers you a unique experience next to Lake Gutiérrez. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large private park, as well as exclusive access to a private beach and its own dock. Welcome to your home away from home! The space Welcome to Ruca Eden! Our two-story "Ruca" house features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a sitting area with a fireplace, and a reading room. It has an additional private entrance, in addition to the main entrance to the cabin. Also on the ground floor is another en suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom that can also be used as a toilette. There's also a bright living room with views of the lake and mountains, a spacious dining room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor grill. Upstairs, the third bedroom features two single beds, its own bathroom, and a reading nook. The kitchen comes equipped with necessary tableware, and the bedrooms with linens. Guest access During your stay, you will have full access to the 9000 m² shared property with gardens, 200 meters of private coastline, two docks, a pond (only functional in summer) and a small chapel. Our landlord lives on the property and is available to help you with anything you need, including grilling and optional cleaning service. Other things to note I would like to clarify that our cabins are rustic, they are not modern cabins. They have all the necessary amenities, such as an equipped kitchen, balanced flue heating and salamanders, and are carefully maintained for a good stay. An important point: hot water works with large water heaters, but it is not unlimited as in a hotel. If everyone takes long showers, the hot water may run out and you have to wait a while for the water heater to heat the water again. That's why we recommend normal showers (about 10 minutes) and leave a little time between one shower and another. So everyone can bathe peacefully every day. The cabins are large and heated by balanced drafts, but if you want to reinforce the heating we recommend keeping the salamander on. Firewood is charged separately depending on usage.
