Ideal for guests wanting to visit Burghley House and Rutland Water. There is also the option for an additional room which can sleep 3 people. The space This first floor flat has it's own private entrance. Through the lockable door there is a large double bedroom with river views. The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning table, sofa , armchair and TV. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There is also the option to hire the bedroom on the 2nd floor. This room is en-suite and has a double and single bed in it. The Mill is situated on the outskirts of the village and is walking distance to the local pub and shop. Wake up in the morning to views of the River Welland and enjoy your coffee watching the King Fisher's, Swans and occasional Otter. There is also access across our field to lovely riverside walks. Due to the are of the building there are some low beams and original Mill features. Guest access You will have sole access to the flat and can come and go as you wish.
