Just 5 minutes from the Zazue Plaza shopping center. The best thing is the typical Caribbean food prepared by the ladies who work in the house. The space The apartment is over 300 M2. It has 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and bathroom with tub, the second and third with a double bed and an additional single bed and it has a fourth small bedroom in case of increasing the capacity to 10, which was formerly the service room and now has a semi-double bed, air and a simple bathroom without hot water. The kitchen is spacious and open with a bar, it is fully equipped. It has a dining room with 8 stalls, a very spacious room and best of all, a huge terrace that surrounds the entire west of the apartment, with dining room, hammocks, furniture and BBQ. it has a beautiful view to the sea and you can see all the evenings the most beautiful that Santa Marta has that is its sunset. The terrace also has safety mesh, which gives a lot of peace if you are traveling with children. Guest access The administration charges a 30,000 peso deposit per person (in 2025) to allow entry and use of the common areas. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL EACH PERSON ENTERING MUST PAY THEIR VALUE, DIRECTLY TO THE BUILDING. Guests have access to the common areas of the building, this includes the sunsets, chairs, pool, bathrooms and outdoor showers, as well as private and direct access to the beach. You can also request at the goal tent and chairs to spend the day at the beach in front of the building. The owners have priority to have their tents on the beachfront and the guests, in second or third, all this according to the occupancy of the building. These tents rise at 4 pm without fail. The building also has kioskos on the beach and a watchman. The building has a children's park and a small mini market with water bottles, beers, etc. Other things to note The ladies who work in the apartment with our guests, are of all our trust and have been with us for many years. Your service will be included on the day of arrival and day of departure (from the date of compliance with the established check-in and check-out times).
