Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nice enclosed garden with lawn and wilderness bath. The house has a bright kitchen/living room in open connection with the living room. From the living room, there is access to a cozy south-facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house has three rooms, two of them with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bunk bed for two. Newer bathroom with shower. Heated with air-to-air heat pump supplemented with a wood-burning stove. Some firewood is included. Two good bicycles are available - see pictures. The space The house contains a fully equipped kitchen, of course, including a dishwasher. In the house, you will find a weekend bed, high chair and changing pad. There are also family games and toys. In relation to the internet, the cottage is located in an area with fibernet, so there is fast and unlimited free WiFi. There is a flat screen where you can watch DR's channels, and there is also a Chromecast. Guest access In the following weeks, the house is rented for whole weeks with check-in and check-out on Saturday: School summer holidays (week 27 to week 32), Easter holidays and weeks 7 and 42. We do not rent to youth groups and parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Small, calm and clean dog allowed. However, only one dog per stay. The dog is not allowed in beds and on the sofa. There is access to the entire cottage and garden. As well as free access to the wilderness bath, trampoline, etc. Keep in mind that a lot of firewood is needed for the wilderness bath. There is a good 1 km to the store that sells breakfast, etc. and where it is possible to play mini golf for a fee. Other things to note The tenant pays for electricity and water consumption. This will be charged after the stay. Electricity costs 2.95 per kwh. And water costs DKK 75 per m3. The landlord reads the meter before and after the stay and sends the charge afterwards. If you wish, there is the possibility to check in to freshly made beds for a fee of DKK 75 per person. (please let us know about this when booking the stay) The house is located close to several good beaches as well as Ebeltoft, where you will find the frigate Jutland and many good restaurants.
