Luxury Mansion: Heated Pool+HotTub+Arcade Room

Our Shirktown Road home is hands down the most beautiful vacation rental in all of Lancaster County. With 7 bedrooms + 4 baths there's plenty of space for the whole family. The interior was redone this year by a professional designer with the perfect vacation in mind. Spend your summer days by the stunning pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen/patio area and your winter days sitting by the fireplace + playing games in the den. We've also added a Game Room + Playstation for even more fun. The space We designed this home to be a vacation destination. It’s so hard to fit everything in a few paragraphs so be sure to scroll through all the photos to see all the amenities. You'll find lots of high-end furnishings and plenty of added extras to ensure your trip is full of entertainment and fun. We’ll start off with the back patio- as mentioned there is an outdoor kitchen with a pergola and dining space perfect for all those outdoor summer dinners with fresh produce and steaks on the grill. There’s also a fireplace, beautiful water feature, hot tub, and of course the pool (can be heated for a fee, please read all the way to the end for the exact dates and info.) *While we take great care to maintain our pool for a pristine experience, during the spring leaves and other natural debris can sometimes make their way into the water due to the weather. For your convenience, a premium sifter is provided, allowing you to enjoy the pool at its best. We appreciate your understanding! Inside the home and just off of the outdoor living space you'll find the basement which is one of our favorite areas! We've added a Game room with arcade games, foosball, electronic darts, a bar, board games, and a projector for movie night. There’s also a beautiful second living room with a Samsung Frame TV and a PlayStation, two king bedrooms, a full bath with a soaking tub and shower, a second kitchen area with a *pebble ice machine* for all your pool side drinks, and sliding doors out to the patio and pool area. We’ve even included a working vintage record player with records. The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps. On the main floor of the home you’ll find the Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi tub and shower), a Samsung Frame TV, a walk in closet, and a small balcony overlooking the back yard. Down the hall there’s an additional king-sized bedroom with a Samsung Frame TV, the laundry room, and hall bath (tub/shower). The kitchen, dining room, and living room is all part of the beautiful open floor plan with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. There’s a two sided fireplace with a propane insert so you can enjoy sitting by the fire from the dining room and the living room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating options and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a walk in pantry and 6 burner stove making cooking dinner a breeze should you decide to eat in during your stay. And since we know you will all ask- the coffee maker is a Keurig/drip combo. ;) (It’s a fair question- we know how important it is to bring the right coffee to vacation.) Upstairs we have a cozy landing area with toys for your littles, two king bedrooms (one has a Samsung Frame TV), a full bathroom (with a tub/shower), and a bedroom with two queen beds. We also have a pack and play (located in the master bedroom closet) and pool towels are provided (in the basement kitchen sideboard cabinet). Living room with PlayStation Kitchenette Ground exit to back yard/pool area GAME ROOM A few things we need to mention: -The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps. We do not provide subscriptions for these services. -The hot tub will be open year round and heated for your stay. -Pool Information: Pool opening dates vary each year based on weather conditions. We update the expected opening timeline at the beginning of each year, with 2027 dates to be confirmed in early 2027. Once the pool is open, heating is available for an additional fee-the fee to heat the pool is $250 per stay before Memorial Day and after Labor Day until the pool closes for the season. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the pool heating fee is $150 per stay. The pool heating fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or shortened stays. -You are required to fill out our liability waiver prior to your stay- this is standard procedure for any home with a pool. - No unapproved pets. There is a $150 pet fee per pet. -We supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for your stay and one roll of paper towels per kitchen. -We do not supply pantry items such as sugar, spices, coffee creamer. You'll have full access to the property. Please respect our neighbors and do not walk onto their properties. This includes the farm, fields, and pond in the valley below. Violation of this can be considered trespassing by them. You agree to assume all liability in relation to the property during your stay- including, but not limited to, the pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas; and you will never allow children to be unattended in the outdoor spaces. You acknowledge that children and people with a history of high/low blood pressure, or serious cardiac issues will exercise caution when using the hot tub and will do so at their own risk. Guest access You'll have full access to the property. Please respect our neighbors and do not walk onto their properties. This includes the farm, fields, and pond in the valley below.
