As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright, airy living space adorned with tasteful Mexican décor that gives you an authentic yet contemporary experience. Living Room: The spacious living room serves as both a relaxing lounge and a secondary sleeping area with its convertible sofa bed. A Smart TV is available for your entertainment needs. Bedroom: The private bedroom is a place of comfort, boasting a cozy queen-sized bed with plush linens, ensuring a night of peaceful and restful sleep. For guests who require a workspace, a well-appointed desktop is available. You’ll also find a closet space to conveniently store all your belongings during your stay. Bathroom: The modern bathroom is equipped with essential toiletries and a shower to help you freshen up at any time of the day. Sanitized Bedding: For your peace of mind, all sheets are sanitized with hot steam after washing and between each guest’s stay. Complimentary Coffee: Kickstart your mornings with our provided coffee machine and coffee capsules. Use of the grill with a cost of $300.00 per reservation. Sunday to Thursday until 12am and Friday to Saturday until 1am. Fine for exceeding hours of $2,000.00 Guest access 1. Pedestrian Entry: Upon arrival, guests will first encounter a secure pedestrian entry with a guard. Please check in with the guard and inform them you’re heading to the apartment. 2. Elevator Access: After checking in with the guard, you’ll be granted access to the elevator. Take it to the top floor. 3. Apartment Entry: Once you reach the top floor, locate the apartment door with the digital lock. You will have received a code for this lock prior to your arrival. 4. Elevator Card: Inside the apartment, you’ll find an elevator access card. This card is necessary for using the elevator to return to Floor 9 but is not required for trips to the first floor.
