Upper Coombe Cottage is nestled away on a peaceful country lane in North Hertfordshire surrounded by plenty of greenery & a private fenced garden. It is a semi-detached house comfortably sleeping up to 7, complete with fully equipped kitchen, garden patio, living room, 3 double bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. -An ideal base to explore Hertfordshire & Cambridgeshire -Conveniently located within a 40 minute drive of Luton and Stansted Airports -Trains to London Kings Cross in 45 minutes. The space Bedroom 1: 3 single beds, two of which fit together to form a Superking. Ensuite Bathroom with shower. We set the Superking up "European style" with two separate duvets. If you would prefer to have it set up with a Superking duvet only, please let me know at least 48hrs in advance of your arrival. Bedroom 2: Kingsize Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bed All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and in addition to the ensuite bathroom with standing shower there is another bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs there is a cosy living room with sofas, coffee table, TV and a selection of reading materials. There is another half bathroom adjacent to the entryway. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and nespresso machine. French doors open up from the kitchen to a private patio with garden table and chairs. Guest access Entire Space. Other things to note The front door locks automatically when shut so please remember to take the keys with you when you step outside!
