The space You will stay in a great basement apartment with private parking under the carport. Here, everything can be combined: vacation - living - working! A great 1.60 m wide bunk bed with topper with allergy-friendly bed linen feels a bit different than the norm - beds! A comfortable bed back with built-in sockets and USB charging function invites you to lean back and relax wonderfully with the TV opposite. The apartment is equipped with a high-quality super-silent tower fan in case the nights are really very hot. With this, you can sleep wonderfully, as it is actually not audible and can be operated in super quiet sleep mode. Here you have satellite TV, or you can log in via your access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. and feel at home!! A dining table with 3 chairs is also included. This can also be used as a desk. You also have a cozy sofa in the studio, and if there are three of you, it is easily converted into a full bed at night. Sheets, bed linen and towels are provided by us next to the sofa in a storage box. The kitchen also offers all amenities. A 2-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave with hot air and grill function, a large refrigerator with 3 extra freezer compartments, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine for a great start to the day. Dishes, cookware and glasses, wine glasses and beer glasses - everything is of course available. In the large bathroom you have space, space, space... you can go in directly with three people and are so directly 3x as fast prepared for your activities😅. You have a robot vacuum cleaner in the apartment, so you can enjoy a clean apartment during your stay without spending time. Linens and towels are, of course, provided by us! The cleaning fee includes the linen package (bed + bathroom + kitchen) and the final cleaning. The kitchen must be left clean at check-out. A high chair can be provided free of charge in the apartment (please let us know if one is needed). In the garden behind the house you have a seating area with upholstery, which is assigned solely to the apartment. Smoking is of course allowed here. For the kids, we have hung 2 swings in the garden. 🤸 Also, the mega cute small animal zoo with a large playground and delicious gastronomy is just 150 meters away across the street... 🤸‍♂️🤸🐭🐰🦆 At "Seewärts" in Immenstaad, you will automatically receive a stand-up paddleboard for each booked person directly on the lake for 1 hour from May to the end of August ❤️❤️❤️. The basement is also accessible via an external staircase. 600 meters away, you are already on great forest trails/bike tours with the bikes from our apartment. We also have a great bike course😄🚲 You need 7 minutes to walk to downtown, where you can save on parking fees and take a leisurely stroll!
