The House of Mantiqueira!

Casa da Mantiqueira is our home, which we rent when we are out of the country. We are surrounded by pure nature with the comfort of a well-equipped house, with a hot tub, 2 Japanese baths, a wood stove, a fireplace and a floor fire for full moon nights! The space Casa da Mantiqueira is our home, where we live most of the time We rent it out when we are away for leisure or for studies. It was built so that we could enjoy the wonderful nature that surrounds it! So that all the greenery around it could be part of our daily lives. It is fully equipped, with all the comforts of a city house and the pleasures of the countryside, such as a fireplace and a wood-burning stove!! It has two en-suites and a 50-square-meter mezzanine, which allows six people to feel comfortable. There are two full bathrooms and a half bath. Living and dining room, fireplace room, kitchen, service area, balconies, decks and garage for up to three cars. We offer bed linens, but we ask that guests bring face and bath towels. Guest access There are 45,000 meters of greenery, peace and silence, easy to access, close to the highway, but without close neighbors, which allows total privacy. For children, a unique experience of contact with vegetation, with several types of native trees, rosewoods, manacás, quaresmeiras, various types of birds and plenty of space!! It is fully equipped, with a complete kitchen, with an oven and stove, microwave, wood stove, dishes and cutlery. A living and dining room, a room with a fireplace. Television with Sky, Wi-Fi, hot tub, two hot tubs, one for four people in the garden and another on the balcony of one of the en-suites. A fire pit where you can make a bonfire in the moonlight, or grill up a good barbecue!! Other things to note The house comfortably accommodates 4 people, but the prices are determined by the number of guests. There is an extra fee for each guest from a couple. Visits are not allowed without prior permission from the hosts!! Check prices for day use.
