Our apartment is located in a secure building with 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance, so you can feel safe and secure during your stay. 2. However, we still recommend that you take basic precautions such as locking the doors and windows when leaving the apartment. 3. We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and dishwashing detergent. However, if you run out of these items during your stay, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. 4. Please be mindful of your electricity usage during your stay, as excessive usage can result in additional charges. We provide a generous electricity allowance, but if you exceed this limit, we will charge you for the additional usage at the prevailing rate. 5. Our apartment is located in a residential building, and as such, we kindly request that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, particularly after 10 pm. Parties, loud music, and other disruptive activities are strictly prohibited. 6. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout the building. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. 7. We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot allow them in our apartment due to building regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 8. We ask that you treat our apartment with care and respect during your stay. If you accidentally damage something, please let us know immediately so we can make arrangements to repair or replace it. 9. Our apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and fresh linens and towels are provided.
