Welcome to Lalla Essaouira, in our villa NAJMA in the "Beldi Chic" style. The villa is quiet in the countryside of Essaouira, 15 minutes from the town. The villa's location is on GMAP: "Lalla Essaouira - Bouzama". The space The villa rental includes: - the exclusive enjoyment of the villa - the service of a housekeeper who takes care of the storage of the villa, the cleaning of the common areas and the rooms, the dishes. Breakfast, half board, or full board options can be taken on site for a fee. - the service of our caretaker for all technical aspects of the villa The house consists of: - 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, each with its own private bathroom that can accommodate up to 15 people. - the living room has direct access to the terraces, the 12mx7m swimming pool and the gardens - a modern and fully equipped gated kitchen with its central island, - a cozy living room fireplace with a double view of an indoor garden and the pool - a living/dining room with view and direct access to terraces and the pool - the pool measures 12m x 7m with 2 depths: 1.40 m for swimming and fun and 30 cm so that the little ones can enjoy under the supervision of adults. The pool has heating available from November to March (to be requested before your arrival with an additional cost of €250/week) - around the pool house, you can meet all together for a BBQ party or sip a fruit cocktail. - the pool terraces offer you several spaces: an outdoor living room to relax while enjoying a mint tea, a dining room to enjoy tajines, a deckchair area to recharge your vitamin D (sun guaranteed), several relaxation areas to read, surf the networks or tele-work and access to a private bowling alley to enjoy a moment of games with family or friends. Combining modern architecture with a beldi style that honors the artisanal values of Morocco, the villa was designed and completed in October 2023 and made with local materials: Taddelakt, Bajmat, Tajelakht, dry stones, traditional wrought iron, etc. Guest access The Villa is just for you. It is in a secure area with private parking. There are no neighbors directly opposite when you are in the house, in the pool or on the terraces. Other things to note The villa is fully equipped. What's included in the rental price: - our housekeeper's services - the services of our caretaker/gardener who takes care of the garden and pool. It is present on the site 24/7. - bed linens (220x240 duvet for each king size bed and 150x200 duvet for each single bed) - Bath linens (2 hand towels per guest for the stay) - sunbeds and bath sheet for the pool - shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper Additional services are possible and for a fee via our website: - Breakfast service, including: Tea, coffee, milk, water, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, olives, Moroccan crepes, etc. - Meal service of your choice: simple meal, half board or full board according to a list of Moroccan specialties. - Evening service: a housekeeper can stay between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to serve, clear and tidy the kitchen. - Pool heating - Travel: Connecting with the different transport providers (airport transfer, car rental, taxis).
