We cater for small or large groups, with or without kids, with or without your 4 legged friends and have an easy going, hassle free approach to our guests. Upstairs is open planned living with x6 bifold doors opening onto the deck. Downstairs you will find a billiard table/table tennis table as well as a 52” wall mounted tv for free to air tv. The space Our large spacious home upstairs has x4 bedrooms a kids toy room, x2 bathrooms and a large spacious living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room bifold doors open up onto a large east facing deck where there is an outdoor dining table for x8 people and a bbq capable of cooking for everyone! Downstairs is a spacious rumpus room with an 8 ball table/table tennis table washing machine/dryer as well as some scooters for the kids! A 52” wall mounted tv is a bonus for movies, sport or cartoons for the kids! A toilet is conveniently located downstairs too, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The view is an ocean panoramic whilst the house is nestled into the bush reserve offering bush walks right outside the back door. Open planned living offers our guests a restriction free living space and x6 bifold doors open onto the 4m x 15m tiled deck and outdoor bbq area, which can only enhances the experience. Parking is off street for 2 or 3 vehicles and on street parking is free and readily available. The driveway is cemented for good access to and from the property. Access to the house is via the 4 stairs onto the deck or across the gravel to the back door. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire property as well as access the bush land behind the house for bush walking. Other things to note -The wifi details will be on the fridge 💫 -There is a spare gas bottle in the bbq or downstairs in the laundry. Please let me know if you replace the empty bottle so we can change it for the next guests! - If you need 1 or 2 portacots set up, please ask, and we can arrange this for you!
