These include Trowbridge artwork, Hermes, Chanel, Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton decor, Pine Cone Hill bedding, and Kate Spade towels/beach towels. During evening hours, when walking back from the village, you will have a direct view of the property and be in awe of the lighting and crow's nest on the 4th floor. Green on three will comfortably accommodate 9 guests with ease. All bedrooms are equipped with the luxury August Haven mattress series. The spacious bedrooms feature Pinecone Hill bedding, soft luxury sheets, custom bed runners, and custom decorative pillows radiating rich textures and vibrant colors. The design layout was professionally planned by Design A La Mode and August Haven, with furnishings custom-made to make you feel pampered and indeed on a luxury vacation. All 4 bedrooms and the living room have new Samsung smart TVs. The soaring custom brick gas fireplace makes a bold statement in decor. The two primary bedrooms include king-size beds with panoramic views of Sister Bay and their private door to their patio. Both master bedrooms feature a large closet, full-size dressers & 2 nightstands for comfort and are enhanced by trendy ceiling fixtures. The 3rd guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed, a spacious closet, and a beautifully crafted marble desk to help expedite any work that gets in the way of your vacation. The fourth and final bedroom features a bunk with a Twin XL bed over a queen and a full walk-in closet. This room will be a favorite, with kids sporting a whimsical feel and kid-friendly games. Two bathrooms have showers, and the third bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Showers are beautifully detailed with decorative tile, flooring, and Kohler amenities to awaken your senses. Plush hotel-style towels and shower rugs are provided, along with soaps, shampoos, make-up remover towelettes, and quick-drying hair dryers. All these details help make your stay carefree. We offer a washer and dryer, including detergent, for those with laundry needs. The custom-designed kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and prepared. The property offers high-end amenities, including Thermador appliances, Viking Cookware, and Wolf small kitchen appliances. There is also a built-in beverage cooler. The waterfall island has Cambria Quartz enhanced by wood accents and custom tile throughout the kitchen—the island seats three comfortably. The signature glass dining room table with the pull-up bench can accommodate eight guests. The crystal chandelier over the dining room table will give you an ambiance. To proceed with the rental, the renter is kindly asked to meet the requirement of being 30 years of age with booking request. The host may request the renter to present ID upon arrival or with booking request. It's important to note that this property does not allow events or parties. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 10 am. Our second floor is occupied by full-time residents, and it's important to be considerate and respectful of their living space. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. A private garage and 2 assigned parking spots are available for all guests. An electric vehicle charger (level 2) is free for guests only. Note: Sister Bay and surrounding villages do not allow overnight parking. Cars will be ticketed or towed per the Sister Bay Village Ordinances. Other things to note Thanks for your interest in staying at our property. We'd like to let you know that live music may be heard from the unit or patios from Thursday through Sunday and on occasional Mondays during prime season. Please be aware that holidays might affect the days and times when bands play, and occasionally, bands might perform after the village's quiet hours. The quiet hours in Sister Bay are from 10 pm to 10 am, and overnight parking for RVs, boats, etc., is not allowed according to the village ordinances. Our parking lot also cannot accommodate these types of vehicles. Additionally, golf carts are prohibited. We want to notify you that the unit is located on a bluff, and some incline walking or driving to downtown may be necessary, especially for guests with mobility issues. The doorway to Crow's Nest is slightly narrower than a standard doorway, and we do have an elevator available for your convenience. Please note that winds can reach high speeds, and wind velocity may be heard at times due to the complex's location on a bluff. This is also a multi-family complex, which may result in noise transfer. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that guests who wish to book are at least 30 years old. The host may ask for identification upon arrival or during your stay. Sister Bay has strict, short-term rental rules and ordinances in place for both owners/guests. Considering our new offering, which is furnished with high-end custom furniture, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot allow pets at this time. This policy is also stipulated in our HOA. We sincerely appreciate strict adherence to this policy. Please take a look at our house rules for more details. Thank you for understanding. We do have elevator access for guests with mobility issues. The hidden doorway/bookcase is narrower than a standard doorway—all other doorways are standard size. Please see the pictures referencing the crow's nest and the need to climb stairs to access this part of the property. We do not have grab bars in showers, tubs, or toilets. We'd like to ask our guests to refrain from negotiating our rates. Our current rate is carefully set to mirror the value of the property and its prime location. *** Please note: from May 23, 2025, to September 7, 2025, we won’t be able to accommodate early or late check-ins because our cleaning team has a full schedule. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. Wool Rugs: We have two wool rugs that may shed occasionally as guests walk them and over your stay. You might notice small fibers on the hardwood floor or on your socks, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this.
